We stand behind the quality of every AminoQuest product. If something isn’t right, we’ll guide you through a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product meets the following criteria:
Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return request must be submitted within 24 Hours of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened supplements
Used wellness products
Gift cards
Discounted/clearance items
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
3. Return Process
Email us at sales@aminoquestlabs.com with your order details.
Our team will confirm eligibility and give you return instructions.
Ship the product back to the provided return address.
After inspection, we’ll process your refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item delivered), we will cover the shipping cost.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Bank processing times vary and may cause slight delays.
6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product:
Contact us within 1 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos and order details.
We will replace or refund the item after verification.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
